Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, first published in 1953, explains the 24 basic principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and how they can be applied to our lives. The book dedicates a chapter to each step and tradition, provides a detailed interpretation of these principles and explains how they can be used in personal recovery and in organizing groups.

Living Sober is an extremely informative book which does not offer a plan for getting sober but does offer us sound advice about how to stay sober. Basic, essential information from Alcoholics Anonymous, for Alcoholics. As the book states, “Anyone can get sober. . .the trick is to live sober.”
